The work was carried out on what is my first home that I have bought, so I was new to everything to do with home ownership. Sara came round to quote in person whereas I had got other quotes based off of photos I had sent, this gave me reassurance that the quote would be more accurate. I received a quick response with the price quoted which I accepted then the work was carried out soon after without delay, and was completely earlier than the time frame given, which made my moving in process a lot smoother.
