I have been building manager for six years. MR Pest Control were already employed when I started, and have never failed to turn up on time or do the job properly. Nathan always contacts me to report on his findings (or lack of), suggest what action needs to be taken and arrange follow-up visits. He comes out for both regular check-ups and emergencies/concerns, and even gave me free advice about pests in our home. A large part of my job involves finding and booking service companies, and complaining when they do not turn up, or looking for new companies when their work is not up to standard. I have never had to do any of this for MR, they just do their job. There are very few other tradespeople I can say this about.
