I contacted Langdons through Trading standards for work on my father's house. We realised it was a big job as all the guttering and fascia needed to be replaced. I had obtained 3 quotes wirh Langdons slightly more expensive but we decided to go with them. Jake had shown his professional and caring approach when he visited including concern for his employees wellbeing. I am completely satisfied with the work. Connor, Tommy and Kane were conscientious workers. They cleared up efficiently every day and demonstrated attention to detail and pride in their work. I have to say I have not encountered such helpful, pleasant and friendly workers before! They showed respect and concern for my 99 year old father and asked after my husband when I returned to Dad's after his root canal treatment! The job was completed on schedule despite 2 days when an emergency repair took them away. The scaffolding was also removed in a timely manner when I know this can be left in place for an extended period.

Recently had a full roof replacement on our semi-detached house, including dormer cladding, flat roof. Quote (competitive with longer guarantee and materials compared to others) was honoured - two additional items once work started (blockwork shot and dry timber rot), both were fixed and fairly quoted based on the time to resolve. Couldn't be happier with the workmanship, politeness and tidiness of the team, thanks guys! Highly recommend

We are delighted with our new slate roof and very impressed with the process from start to finish. The initial assessment of our problem was carried out by Jake with drone footage which was very useful. He arrived at the time he said he would and the detailed quote was prepared quickly stating our options. Jake kept us informed of progress during the work and any queries were dealt with promptly. Charlie , Connor and Has were courteous, considerate and conscientious . They arrived for work at the time they said they would. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day, they were very happy to explain what they were doing, the progress they were making and they have done a great job. Thank you.

For years we’ve had problems with the flat roof above our bedroom having employed so call roofers to fix the problem, to no avail, so it has been a pleasure and relief to find Langdon Roofing. Jake quickly spotted the problems, explained everything to us, sent a quote and once accepted fitted us in quickly. Jake and his team came over after another job and worked late into the evening to make us watertight. They returned early the next day to finish the job. They worked efficiently and professionally and left the site clean and tidy. We cannot recommend Langdon Roofing too highly. At last we have peace of mind thanks to Jake and his team.

Jake had his team carried out a renewal of our porch roof to a fantastic standard, after being very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism we had Langdon roofing out to replace the flat roof on our house, yet again the team were great, very tidy and the team are all welcome back any time for a cup of tea and slice of cake! Thanks again Jake, Ollie, Ben and Jamie

My mum had a 2 car oak car port supplied and built by Langdon Roofing, they then finished with the full tiled roof. They have done an Excellent Job. She has since booked to have a full re roof of the main property by them this summer. High standards of work, reliable & great attention to detail. We would highly recommend.

I am pleased with the work carried out on my roof after storm damage, which looks great from the ground. The team involved me with decisions throughout the day, offered their advice, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I can recommend them based on the work carried out, and I would happily invite them back to my property for any future necessary works.

“Thank you for your comments, customer service is very important to us. We did our utmost to keep the customer happy and the final work was signed off by the roofing systems manufacturer and the NFRC. This customer has been supplied with two warranties, one being an insured backed guarantee and a company warranty. Kind regards, Langdon Roofing Ltd."

Disappointed by the lack of knowledge how to convert a cold flat roof to a warm flat roof. It took Langdon Roofing more than 10 months and 2 re-works to do the work correctly and with the correct materials. They postponed the original work 3 times and disappeared to a different job after the first day and postponed the re-work 2 times. Trader refused to come out when we raised issues, and the customer service throughout was poor: don't answer their office phone, take days to reply to emails, didn't keep promises made, lots of procrastination and tried to deceive us on warm roof construction. We had to revert to using the NFRC Arbitration Service to get Langdon Roofing to complete the required work. We discussed and agreed the quote in November 2020 and got the roof we paid for in January 2022, but had to fight all the way!
