Appointment for providing a quote was made and carried out. Full written quote was received by email and post as promised. Surveyor came and measured up job, taking time to explain what he was doing and confirming the specification that I wanted. Fitting was arranged, fitters arrived on time and completed the work, cleaned the area and explained how to care for the door and how locks worked. Payment was simple and straight forward. 3 counties provided the product I wanted, was very well organised and professional in both their sales, quotation and work carried out. The price and payment method was an added bonus.

Great communication. This is a responsive service to emails, telephone calls - easily contactable , our semi detached house - window and front door installation occurred smoothly and quicker than was previously advised. .we didn’t observe how our alarm system was dismantled for the door fit but will sort that out . Overall this is a very good service and would recommend to others

We contacted Three Counties about having new windows. They were very professional, polite, took the old windows away and cleaned up any mess.. All in all a good experience, done with minimum fuss. It was reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend them. Workmanship Excellent.

Absolutely delighted with our new bay windows from Three Counties Ltd. The buying and specification experience was a breath of fresh air compared to the national vendors we've used in the past. Andrew did a great job outlining various options, and we immediately felt reassured, giving us the confidence to select Three Counties Ltd. to take the project forward. Sales were followed up with regular updates from Kate, arranging a suitable installation date – all topped off by an excellent fitting team who did a professional job to a very high standard – thank you to Cam and Lewis for all their hard work. The product is great and we have instantly benefited from reduced road noise levels and a warmer interior. Would highly recommend Three Counties Ltd. for any installation project.

The entire team at Three Counties have been absolutely fantastic. The team were easy to contact/available and very accommodating. The installers were friendly, professional, super quick, and did a great job installing our side window. They were punctual and hardworking throughout. Excellent customer service, very quick to respond to queries, or change of door design. Always polite, no hard sell of pressure to buy. Door installation was flawless, and above and beyond to make sure it was perfect.

I was extremely impressed with Three Counties. We ordered two external doors and one window, and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ordering process was simple. They offered interest‑free credit and provided a prompt delivery date. The delivery and installation team were professional and efficient. The work was completed on time and at the agreed price. They removed the old items and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. The team were pleasant, respectful, and a pleasure to deal with.

Three Counties installed three medium sized windows and a front door for me just before Christmas. Ryan installed all windows and the door on his own on one day and did a fabulous job. He was extremely efficient, polite and courteous and cleaned up superbly after the job was finished. A real credit to Three Counties. A special mention for Kate in the office also who was excellent at keeping me updated during the ordering and installation process, and at answering my queries and sorting out, without fuss or drama, any potential issues for me. I did a lot of research and got lots of quotes before choosing a company to fit a front door for me. I had 5 different companies come to give me quotes and to my amazement the quotes were extremely varied. I chose three counties based on the quote that I received. Three counties have been helpful and it has so far been a stress-free experience. I am very pleased with my new front door which looks great. The fitter was very friendly, he did a great job and was very tidy. I have recommended this company to others and I would use them again. Thank you three counties.

Great company to deal with. From initial enquiry to final installation the process was smooth and professionally executed. All the individuals I dealt with were very polite and helpful, with special mention to Simon (Owner), Steph, Katie, Peter, the surveyor and Ryan the fitter who is a true credit to the company. He left the house each day clean and tidy and is clearly a hard worker who takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend this local company for their personal touch, professionalism and quality products. They replaced all the windows and doors for my house.

This is my second time use Three Counties and have to say I'm still pleased with the team. I have used Three Counties in the past and this time I decided to upgrade all my bedroom windows and bathroom windows upstairs with them. Peter came did the survey and we were pleased to each other again! Once the order was placed it was very quickly made and booked for installation, Cam and Lewis came on time on the day of installation and did a fantastic job, they were very polite and very professional and organised. Will definitely recommend Three Counties to others.

3C recently installed our new front door which looks great. The process was very slick and efficient once we had decided on the door we wanted and installers did a great job fitting it, with no mess or requirement for redecorating, and they did a thorough hand over after fitting.

From start to finish, the team at 3 counties were professional and very attentive with making changes. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and the instal took half the time expected, even having to deal with scaffolding.
