This company is the embodiment of the word "professional". Searching and selecting tradespeople for a large job is daunting, but 1st Roofing Specialists were fantastic. Firstly they answered all my questions and concerns to help me understand the work required - communication overall was excellent. They did not try and sell me additional work beyond what I had asked for and we agreed up-front what the possible extras could be, so there were no surprises once the old roof came off. Jim and the crew are very professional, they showed up when they said they would and the quality of the work is excellent - plenty of attention to detail. A number of passers-by commented on the neatness of the pointing and the speed at which the work was done. The price was also very competitive. All in all we're very please we went with 1st Roofing Specialists and would not hesitate to recommend them, or ask for their services again should we need them.

I recently had my fascias, soffits, and gutters replaced by 1st Roofing Specialists Ltd, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
