- APPEALS POLICY
Fair Appeals Procedure & Governance
All membership decisions are based on scheme criteria. Buckinghamshire, Surrey and Worcestershire Trading Standards reserves the right to refuse membership.
If your application is declined, you may submit an appeal by email at info@uktsa.com or calling 0300 3020446
Appeals are reviewed by a Senior Manager, with a response within 14 days.
If unsatisfied, complaints may be submitted via Surrey County Council, Buckinghamshire County Council or Worcestershire County Council websites, following the local authority’s process.
