Once a business becomes a member of UKTSA, we monitor their performance using feedback left on this site, customer complaints, and databases accessible by Trading Standards. Members are also subject to an annual review before their membership renewal is approved.

Specifically, we do not:

- Guarantee the quality or condition of goods or services provided by any business.
- Guarantee that the price of goods or services is competitive compared with other businesses.
- Guarantee the financial status of any business.
